Tired of schlepping your curling stuff back and forth? If so a locker rental is the way to go. If you rented a locker last season simply note the number on your registration form, along with your payment and you're good to go. If you did not have a locker rental last year please email email@example.com for information on available lockers. Please note, lockers without locks are not necessarily available and returning renters have first rights on a locker from the previous year.
Registration for 2013-2014 is now open. Please review the oversubscription policy. Completed registration forms can be mailed in, dropped off at GCC, or faxed in. Please remember that your registration cannot be completed until GCC has received your registration form, a signed waiver of liability, and payment or you have arranged for a payment plan.

Reigning national champion Brady Clark (Lynnwood, Wash.) has been named USA Curling's top male athlete for 2013.
Clark, 35, who curls out of Seattle's Granite Curling Club, skipped his team to its first men's national championship title and led Team USA to a ninth place finish at the 2013 World Men's Championship where he was the top ranked skip in shooting percentage throughout most of the round robin.
Well, if you weren’t at the curling club on Saturday night, you missed a great AGM. Festive food and fun and the only thing missing was some good short jokes. Seems like they got exhausted last year. Personally, I was ready, but nothing came my way.
Just when you thought curling was over….it isn’t! The summer spiel is fast approaching and is scheduled for June 7th to 9th. There’s still room for more teams so if you’re interested in playing please register your team at http://curlingseattle.org/bonspiels?event=2013Summer&disp=signup to join in on the fun. Entry fee is $240 per team and it’s a three game guarantee.
Greetings fellow members,
As we move into May, some annual rites come to pass. The April Spiel is over, the first games of spring league have been played, the Finance Committee is discussing the budget and the Granite Curling Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is rapidly approaching. It is important that you take the time to either attend the AGM or complete a proxy form. This can be found in the General Minute section of the website or check your email. You can also submit your proxy electronically by following the link below.
Tuesday proved to be a much better day for Team USA (GCC members Brady Clark, Sean Beighton, Darren Lehto, Philip Tilker) at the 2013 World Men's Curling Championships with a win over both China and Scotland.
